Encore Program

  • Before care-$40 per week, per child (6:30AM-7:30AM)
  • After care-$95 per week, per child (3:00PM-6:00PM)
  • Before & After care-$130 per week, per child (6:30AM-7:30AM) & (3:00PM-6:00PM)
  • Drop in care as needed- $30 per session (Before or after care)

$50 registration fee per child, $100 for a family to enroll. This fee must be received prior to enrollment being finalized. This fee is also required to be paid for drop in care. Kindly email Kristin Alaia our Encore Director at Kristin.Alaia@imaginewm.org

Before and After School Care

Imagine Schools at West Melbourne is proud to offer before and aftercare for families. The program has some exciting new developments for this year. The aftercare program consists of tutoring, homework help, a snack and recess time. The program runs from 6:30am for before Care and 3:00-6:00pm for the Aftercare children. Because of safety concerns children enrolled should not arrive prior to their scheduled times and in order to avoid any additional fees should be picked up on-time. Please take these safety measures into consideration when enrolling your child into the program. Students who are not picked up from the car line by 3:30pm will be sent to the Aftercare program and the parents will be charged a drop-in fee of $25.00. This fee is to be collected the same day.

Bus Transportation

Imagine Schools at West Melbourne is proud to offer families that meet certain criteria the option of bus transportation. We transport students that live further than two miles from the school, up to six miles away from the school. We use a depot stop structure, which means that your child will meet the bus at a particular location for transportation. We ask all families to show up ten minutes prior to the pickup time to allow for traffic changes. All bus transportation families are required to register with Remind, a communication tool to keep everyone informed of bus transportation changes. Our director of bus transportation is Cam Edwards. Enrollment Process

By enrolling your child at an Imagine Schools, you create the foundation for a lifetime of success. Our Enrollment Process

To begin the enrollment process, you will need to submit a pre-enrollment form. After we receive your pre-enrollment form, we will notify you with in 5 business days to confirm that we have received this information. (see below for pre-enrollment application).

Lottery Process

Unless revised, the Imagine West Melbourne lottery will be held the first Friday in February each year. On that date, the number of enrolled and pre-enrolled students in each grade is compared with the available seats. If there are more applicants than available space, a lottery process will be used to determine randomly which of the pre-enrolled students will be admitted. The remaining applicants will be placed on a waiting list. For grades that are not over-subscribed, enrollments will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. All families involved in the lottery process will receive email correspondence on the day of the lottery to outline the results and next steps for enrollment.

Once accepted, a student need not re-apply annually; he or she will be enrolled for all subsequent grades in that school.

Imagine Schools admits students of any race, religion, color, gender, physical handicap, national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities made available at our schools. Preference is given to siblings of enrolled students and children of Imagine Schools’ employees.
