Student Records & FERPA

Imagine Schools at West Melbourne maintains student educational records in secure electronic and/or paper formats to support instruction, guidance, and the monitoring of each student’s educational progress. These records may include enrollment information, attendance, grades, assessment results, schedules, educational plans, and other information related to a student’s academic program. Records are maintained in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and applicable Florida law, with access limited to authorized individuals who have a legitimate educational interest.
